The Indo American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Houston is a
tremendous resource to the Houston community and its friends in
India. The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center is
proud to have sister institution relationships with Tata
Memorial Center in Mumbai and with the All India Institute of
Medical Sciences in New Delhi, the two leading cancer programs
in the country. The IACCGH facilitated these arrangements, and
assists by supporting research and educational exchanges and
travel related to our sister institutions.

"The
IACCGH is to be commended for promoting greater awareness of the
importance and presence of the Indian cultural and business
communities here in Houston. I am hopeful that Rice University
can continue to be engaged with these communities as higher education and
business become increasingly global in nature."
Dr. Gary Wihl, Dean of Humanities, Rice University
“The Indo-American Chamber provides the avenue and connection
to India that corporate America needs to utilize for winning
business there. Just as direct flights to India from Houston
were established because of the demand, the Indo-American
Chamber helps business fly smoothly. Jagdip Ahluwalia, along
with the rest of the organization’s leadership, has developed a
strategic plan that empowers its members and facilitates
strategic partnerships. This organization has a perspective of
the future and you have an opportunity to share in the
prosperity.”
C.J. “Jim” Reinhartsen, President of Bay
Area Houston Economic Partnership
