Madu is a Principal Consultant with Shell Global Solutions, US. He has nearly 30 years of global experience in Energy and Petrochemical Industry. Since joining Shell in 1981, he has held several managerial and leadership positions and led numerous initiatives that include Quality Management Process, Re-Engineering of Work Processes, Strategic Cost Leadership, Personal and Organizational Transformations and Integration of Global Work-processes and Teams. Madu has served as a faculty member at Shell�s prestigious Learning Center where he co-developed and delivered several Learning Experiences. These transformative learnings were designed to help Shell Leadership acquire new behaviors and capabilities needed to realize Shell�s vision to become �The Premier Company�. Madu is a life long community leader. Times Picayune, the prestigious New Orleans daily newspaper, recognized him for successfully revitalizing and transforming India Association of New Orleans into a vibrant organization. Madu has also served as a board member and leader of numerous Indo American Professional Organizations.

A Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, Madu obtained a Bachelor�s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bihar Institute of Technology, India and a Master�s in Industrial Administration from Graduate College�Union University, Schenectady, New York. Madu has attended numerous Executive and Leadership Development programs offered by MIT and Babson College�s Executive Development Center. He resides in The Woodlands with his wife Mamta who is a Business Leader with Mahindra, USA � an Indian Multinational.
