Ashok Shah is currently VP of Global Professional Services for Lucent Technologies.

Ashok Shah was the Founder and President of CEPS Consulting Corporation where he provided advisor services at the Board level to many IT services and software firms.

Mr. Shah is a distinguished Business Manager with over 25 years of international experience in all areas of IT Services. His various positions in Digital Equipment, Compaq Computer Corporation and HP include General Manager of IT services in New York, Subsidiary Manager of IT services in Iran, Country Manager for the Software division in India, Asia Pacific Manager for the Systems Integration division in Hong Kong and Singapore, and Vice President of the $800 Million Professional Services Division for North America Compaq in Houston. Mr. Shah was Vice Chairman for Dicheng Joint venture in China.  As a business innovator and visionary, he has been able to achieve an exceptional record of business growth and success.

He is a member of various professional and community organizations. Mr. Shah is currently on the Leadership Board of Cullen College of Engineering at the University of Houston and he also volunteers his time as a director of the Indo American Charity Foundation and Director of Pratham. He is past President of the Indo American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Houston. He was Executive Council member for National Association of Software companies in India during �91-93.

Mr. Shah has an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Mass., USA and has attended the Executive Development program at Penn. State
