Brij Kathuria

Brij Kathuria joined the Board of Directors of IACCGH in October 2002. Brij has over 20 + years of experience in the IT Industry. Since joining Compaq Computer Corporation (currently Hewlett Packard) in 1982, Brij has held a number of managerial and executive leadership positions in engineering, customer satisfaction, quality, and supply chain management. He has led customer-driven quality improvement initiatives, developing corporate strategic initiatives, reengineering of key processes and delivery of new products. Prior to joining Compaq, he worked for NL Sperry Sun as a Senior Engineer, and for 10 years he worked as an Engineer in the Film Industry, designing sound studios. Brij has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electro Mechanical Engineering from City University of New York. He has participated in numerous executive development programs, and completed Harvard Business School�s �Lessons in Leadership." Brij and his wife Aruna have been married for 23 years and are proud parents of two children, Bobby and Neil Kathuria. Outside of his work, Brij enjoys lifting weights, practicing meditation, and spending time with his family.
