"Pankaj M. Dhume is Vice President, Offshoring Practices at BMC Software, Inc.  BMC Software, Inc. [NYSE:BMC] is a leading provider of enterprise management solutions that empower companies to manage their IT infrastructure from a business perspective.  Mr. Dhume was based in India from 2001-2005.  Most recently he owned an international consulting company - FourD Systems Pvt. Ltd., which provided consulting services to international high tech companies.  From 2001 to 2004 he was the President & CEO of BMC Software India Private Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of BMC Software which he built from 0 to more than 500 people in less than 3 years.  From 1998 to 2001, he was Vice President of Common Engineering at BMC.  Mr. Dhume joined BMC Software in 1998 via the acquisition of BGS Systems, Inc. where he he served in various techno managerial positions from 1994 till 1998.  Prior to BGS, he held various technical and managerial positions at Digital Equipment Corp.  Mr. Dhume has experience in successfully creating and managing multi-cultural global operations.  He holds a Master�s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Lowell, Massachusetts."
