IACCGH serves the needs of the small businesses community with its Small Business Outreach programs. It brings in resource partners like the Houston Minority Supply Development, the Mayor’s Office of Business Opportunities, Port of Houston and other organizations and creates focus events that cater to the specific needs of small businesses.
On 18th July, IACCGH once again hosted Director of the US Small Business Association, Manuel Gonzalez and his associate Mark Winchester for a presentation to a group of local business owners at their new facility on the Beltway. The gathering had the benefit of listening and meeting to not only the Director of SBA but also representatives from Wallis Bank which is the second largest SBA lending bank in Houston. The gathering found the information about SBA guaranteed loans and access to capital extremely useful.
