Ambassador Swashpawan Singh is India�s Ambassador to Kuwait. Previously, he served as the first Indian Consul General in Houston.

Drawing on his experience as an observer who has lived and worked in the region, Ambassador Singh will present an off-the-record discussion on the way the people of Asia and the Middle East perceive events that have taken place under the current U.S. administration.
